A fragrance cap is more than a closure. It is part of the bottle’s identity.
We develop custom Zamak caps for perfume and fragrance brands that need distinctive forms, refined details, and reliable production. From the first concept to the finished cap, we manage the development process to make sure the design not only looks right, but can also be produced consistently at scale.

Step 1: Understanding Your Vision
We start by understanding your bottle, your brand, and the role the cap needs to play.
You can share a sketch, reference image, CAD file, physical sample, or simply an idea. We review the concept and discuss dimensions, structure, finish, and production requirements before moving forward.
Step 2: Design & DFM
Once we understand the direction, we develop the design for production.
Our team reviews the geometry, wall thickness, details, assembly, and tolerances to identify potential manufacturing issues early. Where needed, we suggest practical changes that preserve the original design intent while making the cap easier to produce.
At this point, we can provide an initial Quote with MOQ and Lead Time.

Step 3: Tooling Development
Once the design is approved, we develop the tooling for Zamak die casting.
Tooling is designed around the shape, details, surface requirements, and production volume of the project. We pay particular attention to areas such as fine textures, logos, edges, and complex shapes that affect the final appearance of the cap.
Step 4: Sampling & Refinement
The first sample gives us the opportunity to evaluate the actual product.
We check dimensions, fit, weight, details, surface finish, and overall appearance. If adjustments are needed, we refine the design or tooling and produce another sample until the result is ready for production.

Step 5: Production & Finishing
After the final sample is approved, we move into mass production.
The Zamak caps are produced through die casting and coordinated through the required secondary processes and surface finishing. Depending on the project, finishes may include polishing, electroplating, brushing, painting, or antique and decorative effects.
Quality is checked throughout the process to maintain consistency from the first piece to the last.
Step 6: Inspection & Delivery
Before shipment, finished caps are inspected according to the agreed specifications.
We then arrange secure packing and worldwide delivery, whether you need a small production run for a new launch or ongoing supply for an established fragrance line.
