Our main business has always been bag hardware.
For more than two decades, we have focused on developing and manufacturing metal components for bags and leather goods. But over the years, we have also received requests for products that are quite different from what we normally produce.
One example is the guitar capo shown here.
We have been producing this product since the early days of our factory โ nearly 20 years ago. While it is far from a typical piece of bag hardware, the project makes use of many of the same capabilities we have developed over the years, including Zamak die casting, tooling, assembly, and consistent mass production.
Manufacturing Capabilities Can Go Beyond One Industry
Being a bag hardware manufacturer does not mean our capabilities are limited to bags.
Our experience in metal component development gives us a foundation for working on a variety of products where precision, functionality, durability, and consistent production are important.
Some projects start with a finished drawing. Others begin with a simple idea or an early-stage concept.
In both cases, we enjoy understanding the product, working through the manufacturing challenges, and finding a practical way to bring the idea into production.
The guitar capo is just one example from nearly 20 years of unexpected projects.
If you have an idea, a product concept, or a metal component project that you would like to explore, we’d be happy to discuss it with you.
Sometimes, the most interesting projects start with a product that isn’t what we normally make.
